Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after your purchase is made. This timeframe is for preparing your item for shipment and does not include the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- USA: Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days.
- Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 6-10 business days.
- International: Standard shipping typically takes 5-20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, postal service disruptions, and peak season volumes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. We strive to offer the most economical shipping rates available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the quickest delivery of your items, some orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package if your order is split into multiple shipments.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders, but occasionally issues can occur during transit.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 15 days of the reported delivery date.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by your country’s customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Refund and Returns Policy
At Alaska Original Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are custom-printed on demand, our return policy is tailored to address specific issues.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our part or our production partner’s. Because items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and clear photographs of the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their custom nature:
- Items that are not defective or damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return request, including photo evidence of the defect or damage, is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, here’s what to do:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns
If a return is approved due to a defect or damage on our part, we will provide instructions for the return process. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if an item is returned for reasons not due to our error (e.g., package undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer), you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund in such a scenario, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you send it back without prior approval or without following our instructions.
